We replaced our old tape backup system with a Vault USA appliance, the backup sets were very easy to setup and we are now able to backup all of the systems on our network (Windows, Mac, UNIX & Linux) from one appliance, and we didn't have to install a single agent on any of the systems. We were able to do a full test of the system, including a complete Disaster Recovery test during the 30-Day Free Trial. We are now storing over 3TB of data on the remote vault in only 1.1TB of disk space after everything was deduplicated, compressed and encrypted. The system is awesome, as is the excellent Vault USA support. My IT team all agrees that moving away from the old tape backup system to the Vault USA system was one of the best things we did in 2008!
