When new files are uploaded to the OBS, the transaction log for the OBS is amended, and this transaction log will be applied to the replication server when either the transaction log is full or 5 minutes has lapsed, which ever is shorter. Therefore Data in OBS and RPS will be out-of-SYNC by at most 5 minutes.
